• The Platform is built using proprietary technology provided by Liviosoft, our technology partner. Liviosoft retains all rights to its reusable software components, modules, frameworks, and development tools
• Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to the Platform's underlying technology, source code, or software components beyond the right to use the Platform as intended
• Our name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission

5. Payments and Billing

Where applicable:

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified
• All sales are final unless a refund policy is explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation

10. Termination
